Responsibilities:

• Create a memorable dining experience by exceeding guest expectations.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service including checking IDs to confirm legal drinking age.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and store to Health, Safety and Hygiene standards at all times
• Show complete awareness of all the drink and food menus and readiness to explain and recommend food and drink contents.
• Perfect knowledge of POS in place...Toast
• Communicating any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff.
• Ensuring all orders are filled quickly and accurately and that food is high quality.
• Promptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to management if and when necessary
• A warm and friendly personality, attentive and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and still smile!
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant.
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned.

​Qualifications:

• 2+3 years of previous experience in customer service, food and beverage
• Knowledge for sports
• A Team player
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills
• Accountable and resilient
